The Australia Climate Web Map Service provides maps of averages of daily global solar irradiation received at ground level on a horizontal plane over Australia. Data for the period 1990 to 2008 are averaged to provide 12 maps of monthly means and a map of yearly mean of daily irradiation. Unit is MJ/m2.
